No Jubilee Gift Box From Several World Bosses/Delve Bosses

So I have been running around, and decided to fight some world bosses. The first few were fine, I think I got three Jubilee Gift Boxes, and then I stopped receiving them, on a world boss. Moved onto another world boss, no gift box, and then the third boss in a row, no gift box.
Frustrated, I moved onto a delve nearby, killed the boss, and no gift box.
So, what's the deal here? Is it time-gated for killing bosses, when it's not gated for anything else, like turning in daily crafting quests? Or is there a bug in relation to this. From the time I got Jubilee Gift Box, to the time I next received one, was over 30 minutes. Then, after the next box I got (world boss), I killed it again, on spawn, and received another Jubilee Gift Box.
There's no rhyme or reason to the time period in which I my group and I stopped getting rewards. Make it make sense.

WB's and dolmen's share a cooldown of 5 minutes.2 -

As to the cooldown on Dolmens/World Bosses, that doesn't track, as it was more than 5 minutes between the last box we got, and then next box we got. We were a group of 2, and each boss took us about three minutes. It's possible something is not working right in some cases.0 -

✭✭Have you got the lazy writ add on installed? with all that add on copyright crap that has been going on, last I checked a few months back the author said you can't change the settings at the moment.
As part of the time savers it auto loots any purple boxes you get, it only leaves the gold ones alone, might be why your not noticing them.0 -

That's probably where the confusion is. They say, 'Delve daily' and people assume that means just killing the boss daily, but they are two different things. Yes, probably. Some players may miss it.
Not the ZoS fail, btw, because "quest" was mentioned two times around it.
Context matters
Any daily quest in the game, as in previous years, including:
- Daily crafting writs
- Daily Delve, world boss, and Incursion event quests <===
- Daily Alliance War and Battlegrounds quests
- Daily Dungeon and Trial quests
- Daily Heist and Sacrament quests1 -
cyberjanet✭✭✭✭✭I just did a dolmen and got no Jubilee box, which was disappointing as that was the primary reason I did it. PC EU.

A box on a dolmen drops from a boss, not a chest. So you have to be in top 12 players who did the most amount of damage to the boss to get the loot.
With many players on a dolmen the boss often dies before being rendered. It is tricky to get a box on a crowded dolmen.
Also a 5-minute cooldown affects the dolmen boss drop.0
