Sucks to hear this weekly isn't working, though.

When you complete yours you are done until next batch next week. What you get is all random. There appear to be no checks for the randomness on point values or what you've completed or rerolled or anything else.SolidBeast wrote: »So none of my challenges give as many tome points as yours. Does that mean those will roll around eventually if I complete all of mine, or did I get a *** roll and have to use my rerolls to get higher tome point challenges?

Challenges do not reset.Well that is a bit cursed.
One of the guildies lucked out (or so it seemed the time); three out of five of their challenges were 'kill the serpent' which would have completed in one run... if this challenge worked that is.
Maybe they can fix it before it resets, otherwise is going to be a bit of a rocky start.

Hi Jessica, am I correct in assuming that if I get a poor roll and run out of rerolls to get the highest-paying challenges for the week, I'm basically earning way fewer tokens than someone else who lucked out in rolls?

Regarding the Sanctum Ophidia and Depths of Malatar dungeon weekly challenges not completing as expected, we are aware and investigating (including seeing if there are other cases). Thank you for raising this to us.

There's the challenge, uncompleted, and in the background, there's the Symphony Of Blades, in a heap. No joy. Definitely broken.
Now if only we can draw attention to the pickpocketed Heart's Day items, and how we still can't launder them...
Challenges do not reset. You will just get 5 more challenges on Tuesday. The cap is 12, so as long as it's fixed within 2 weeks you should be ok.I got this challenge in one of my accounts, is this likely to be 'hotfixed' before the weekly challenges reset?
Trying to use my re-rolls judiciously so an answer would be very useful.

" You may reroll these challenges freely five times each week and pay gold to purchase additional rerolls past that." I only rerolled 5 times.
The gold rerolls didn’t show up for me.
And again: having a challenge appear twice in the list, even though it can only be completed once—and not being able to remove it—is a massive design flaw.

Wow. So some people will end up getting way more points totally randomly than others? Is that correct? Seems less than fair.
Hello everyone,
We’ve seen reports that a handful of Tamriel Tome Weekly Challenges cannot be completed, which include:
- Defeat the Symphony of Blades, the Lava Queen, or Molag Kena (note that defeating the Lava Queen does work)
- Capture an Imperial City District
- Defeat the Serpent of Sanctum Ophidia
Tomorrow, April 3, we will be publishing a hotfix on all platforms to remove these 3 Challenges from the rotation until they are properly fixed. This hotfix will not require any downtime, and we’ll let everyone know as soon as it’s complete. If you currently have any of these Challenges active, we encourage you to use a Challenge Reroll after the hotfix is live. As a reminder, you will gain 5 additional Challenge Rerolls every Monday, with rerolls capping at 12.
