Big List of Tome Bugs

So far all the bugs I have run into:

Daily Login 0/99 will not update if you were logged in at time of event start
Capture Imperial City District 0/4 does not update in either version of imperial city

I will add more as I find them

Yup, I ran White Gold 4 times to see if the problem was just overlapping with 'Complete Public Dungeons' but the 4th run confirmed its just straight up not counting progress. Very annoying but thankfully I need SPC pieces anyway.

Daily Login 0/99 will not update and I was not logged in at the time the event started.
Please fix this because it is not fair to lose one day when it is not our fault.

Same. Ran White Gold Tower and didn't get credit. Wish I'd seen this before.

Also experiencing the Daily Login bug - I was logged in already at the time of Season 0 start and am not getting credit for Daily Login. I logged out and restarted computer, but it is still saying 0/99. I've been told by several other players this is a known issue. I am wondering if we will be compensated the 15 tome points we earned by playing the game even longer than others who logged in after event started or if we are permanently punished for playing the game and not our fault we weren't notified to log out for event to start?

I was warned not to be too grumpy about this on here, but I would like to say that I wasn't going to do any of the tasks for the weekly. I saw there was one task to take an ic district, so I gave it a shot.
Took the district, got no credit for the task, but did get the AP.
Tried a 2nd district, same thing happened.
It's broken. Please compensate.

I've wasted my time capturing the entire main imperial city campaign and earned no trade bar lol
Now I'll waste my rerolls to get another option and hope that's not bugged too.
Also tried to received trade bars for the login and didn't worked for a few days.

Daily logins are working, capture district is still not working. I decided to just reroll that one, got battleground match x3, much easier to complete.

Not sure if this should go here or elsewhere, but I cannot open the Tome UI using F4. It's not a key bind problem, as nothing else is bound to F4. I've tried unbinding and rebinding the key, but to no avail. Anyone else experiencing this also?

Capture an IC district will not work until they have time to fix it. There was a hotfix two days ago to remove that from the pool until they can do that.

By "hotfix" they mean just remove those challenges from coming up again, hardly a "fix".

Also I used up all my re-rolls to get those challenges in the first place so I can't change the Imperial City District challenge or the White Gold Tower to anything else until tomorrow. I guess it will work out in the end

The Mesa Stalker Piercings don't appear to be previewable. I've tried removing my character's hairstyle, adornments, skin, etc. Nothing shows up when I try to preview the piercings. This is on a Dunmer female on PC-NA.

Are you seeing nothing come up when you hit F4? Or the Challenges page?

If you've opened the Tome and switched it to Challenges, this it will default to the Challenges page unless you go 'back' to the Tome.

I suppose they could have called it “update to the game that did not require server downtime or a client update, but which may or may not actually have been intended to fully fix anything….” But does anyone really want to read that? 😅

Just killed The Serpent in Sanctum Ophidia, the tome challenge hasn't budged.

If you have addons hiding errors, turn them off and try again. Probably this is related https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/690640/error-opening-tomes-interface.

Also try without addons at all.

Translation for the new seasonal challenge seems wrong in French (and from what I read, it's the same for German as well): It states that we should do 1000 endeavors in groups, where it should be killing 1000 foes in specific regions.

Then after that, Symphony FAILED.
and it was a level 30 pug team and took forever..so please fix

Both of these were acknowledged and were already removed from the rotation days ago:

They will be returned when the fix is ready. Until then, they will continue to be broken. You can reroll to replace them in the meantime.
