The Impressario doesn't sell the Recall animation fragments (as advertised on the steam announcement)!

This is from the article about the event. I told my community to not use their trade bars and wait for seasonal gold coast bazaar as they will be able to buy the fragments. When I started the event yesterday most of them were angry about the fragment not being purchesable, I was confused. Checked the Impresario and by my surprise... the fragments weren't there.
I felt stupid thinking I misread something (I read the articles to make guides) When I checked again today they fixed it. I am now trying to make my community feel safe saying that the 3 fragments will be available later this year. But that mistake ruined my week.
