Can I please have help?
I had ESO Plus active and paid for the renewal on the 27th of March and it stayed active for a day.
I received the tokens at the time of renewal but no crowns.
On the 29th, I logged in and it was fine, then swapped characters and the ESO Plus had deactivated and now shows available for purchase in the crown store.
I submitted a ticket on the 29th and after receiving the incorrect topic response, was told my issue had been escalated.
I am also having to submit this post on a different account as your system for password reset is not working and I now have to wait up to 48 hours to receive a new invite link.
There is still no ESO Plus active, no crowns and no response.
