Roseblood Wings Recall missing from Impresario during the 2026 Anniversary Jubilee Event

cybyonlineb16_ESO
@ZOS_Kevin The "Roseblood Wings Recal" fragments are missing from the Impresario during the 2026 Anniversary Jubilee Event, but the website article writes that it should be offered: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/69599

I saved my Trade Bars to see the Season Zero offerings first, but now I'm unable to buy "Roseblood Wings Recal" :(

Yes, it was a Q1 "morph" and this event starts Q2. They always switch over. It'll be available again at New Life in Dec

The article linked does state that it will be available, we are entering a new "season" for rewards in the game .. it does not behove well that we cannot trust the actual articles set out to explain the new system.

Either it's an ingame bug (which is unlikely to be fixed this event, to be honest), or we just have to remember that articles must be taken with a pinch of salt.

Edit: thinking a little more on it, we have no real assurance that the recall will even return in New Life either? This system that supposedly was to help reduce FOMO just seems to be spreading the FOMO to new areas of uncertainty?

There's no reason to expect them not to bring everything back with New Life just because we have Trade Bars. If every quarter the previous Combining Collectible rotates out the same as it did before the conversion to Bars, then of course they'll bring everything back for New Life like they have for every year before since this concept was first introduced back with Indriks.

If it's a bug and things are supposed to remain available all year then they'll get it patched and, hopefully, extend the Jubilee a day or so if it takes an extensive amount of time to fix.

Opened a ticket #260402-001254 and hope a GM can buy it with the 3000 Trade bars from my Inventory to solve it.

It's not assuming to expect them to continue doing things the way they have been for years though. Especially because if you're talking about the Bazaar, that doesn't exist to put any given year's Combining stuff into. Things from previous years CAN end up in the Bazaar (not the Combining things but other past limited time or availability things), but we have no idea which things will get added in any given Season other than what we might see in the PTS. They're not going to stop offering pieces at the end of the year because of the Bazaar since nothing is guaranteed to end up there.

They also afaik haven't said anything about stuff not coming back during New Life, which would be a HUGE oversight not to tell people if that was going to be changing. I genuinely don't think it's anything to be concerned about. Assuming the pieces are supposed to cycle out every quarter still and not stay available all year anyway.

I don't mean to flog a dead horse, but it is assuming to expect that things will remain the same as they have done before. They are changing so many smallish details of systems so we cannot know what they will retain and what they will in future change.

On a positive note, I hope the ticket works for you OP :D

I, too, was planning to buy the recall fragments during the jubilee, but found those fragments missing from the vendor. I went and double-checked the jubilee article today. It does say that both the bat and the recall fragments were supposed to be on the vendor for this event, but only the bat and the saddle are there.
This is the article, for reference.

I always hated the amount of FOMO this game has, and it seems that little has changed. @ZOS_Kevin This is unfortunate, every time I feel like coming back -- stuff like this reminds me why I left in the first place. Please consider being more clear about stuff like that, at the very least. Even a veteran like me gets confused, imagine a new player.

I'm in the same boat. I came back at the tail end of the Jester's event (after another long, extended break to other games that have less of this) just to see how this launch would go. I'd seen the recall and it was one that I'd actually use. Reading the news article, it clearly that it would still be there DURING this event and yet it's not there. We'd appreciate a response about this either way—this is an oversight that needs to be corrected.

So many things about ESO depress me, but the worst of all is my love for it and the IP -- I just can't quit for good. It only takes a small stroll into other games, Warframe for example. It's a F2P game and still has a much more ethical monetization model. Hell, you can even earn everything they put out -- imagine farming crowns and trading them with other players, etc.

ZOS? They don’t see me as a player -- they see me as a credit card strapped to a keyboard.

Just returned to the game. Saw the recall and started farming for trade bars to unlock it. Missed the last fragment by mere hours now. Quite disappointed, not gonna lie. Why did the bat stay when the pet is no longer required to combine fragments?
Why doesn't Philius Dormier or the Bazaar offer players to grab what they missed out on?

Why is the bat available and not the recall? The bat is no longer required for morphing, and is older than the recall. Very disappointed...

I submitted a ticket about it, here is the response I received.

    Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team about the Roseblood Wings Recall Morphing fragments.

The ESO website's article had an update made to it that mentions:

"A previous version of this blog incorrectly listed the Roseblood Wings Recall Morphing Collectible fragments as well as the Sai Sahan, Lyris Titanborn, and Abnur Tharn style pages as available in this year's Anniversary Jubilee. This has now been corrected, and we apologize for the confusion."

We do apologize for the confusion and appreciate you letting us know!

(So looks like we are not gunna be able to get it, at least now, this is super annoying)

Yeah, it's pretty frustrating when there's an NPC that this stuff can to be offloaded to (the Blackwood rewards have been in there FOREVER, ever since I left the first time), OR the Bazaar which would be a very good way to compete with other games on the market. Since they said they wanted to reduce FOMO, this would be the perfect opportunity to make good on that promise—like other games (GW2's Wizard's Vault is a good example, offering past seasonal content at a small price hike as well as having a reliable estimation on when some things will return to their cash shop).

It's also very unfortunate that none of the community managers had stated anything about it and that we had to find out via a support ticket. I get today was a big launch, but given that this was a new article error, there should've been more clearer communication. Ah well. Back to Tyria for me.
