Cyrodiil End of Campaign reward tiers have been reset.

I had a slightly different result. I contacted CS mid-last-month to report that my AP and tier on a baby PVPer were blank, and rcvd a "we're working on this" reply. Logging in today, my tier has been corrected, but I have not been in Cyro at all today - this was last month's work, reported this month. No reward email.

The rewards for this campaign are bugged too. I started this campaign with 0 AP of course, but I was at level 3 reward tier with 0 AP and the AP I did earn in 2 hours play today didn't count. I'm not on the leader board despite having earned 120k AP today. So not only are last campaigns rewards and AP earned bugged, but it's bugged for this months campaign too.

Just want to chime in as well and say that I also did not recieve campaign rewards for all of my characters. I have 14 characters who went on the campaigns and got to tier one, only for 3 of them to give me the rewards.

So thank you for looking into it!

I did receive my transmutes and the cache for my faction winning the campaign, but I only have one character assigned to the campaign.

EDIT: I did make sure to log into Gray Host yesterday a few hours before the end of the campaign to make sure I was showing tier 3 completion just in case.

Grey Host - 9 EP characters qualified for Tier 3 rewards but only 1 received any rewards
Blackreach - 1 AD and 1 DC character qualified for Tier 3 rewards but only the AD character received any rewards

PC EU
Grey Host - 5 EP characters qualified for Tier 3 rewards but only 1 received any rewards

I received campaign rewards only for my Blackreach toon. I didn't receive any campaign rewards for my 3 Grey Host toons. I think all of my Grey Host toons had the bugged scoreboard last month, where it showed zero AP gain despite hours of PvP. This month it's also bugged, as they all show tier 3 for Grey Host despite zero hours in Grey Host so far.

Edit: Just checked my Blackreach toon and his scoreboard is also bugged, shows tier 3 although I haven't pvp'ed in Cyrodiil yet this month.

I am having the same problem. Of the 9 characters I PVP on (PC NA GH), I only got 8 of them tiered to 3 in March. One of those 8 never showed my tier progress to 3, although I KNOW she got there. Of the 8 that I played to tier 3, I only received rewards for 1 of them. Why? Not cool. =(

Even after the April 2nd reset of Cyrodiil servers, I still haven't received any tier 3 rewards for 2 of my characters. The reset fixed the issue for my main toon only, who was on the leaderboard.

i'm missing 4-5 characters' worth of tier 1 rewards. only received them on 3 chars, 1 blue, 1 red and 1 yellow. are we not receiving them on all characters that obtained a tier 1 reward by the end of march?

I received the wrong basic rewards when I should have received the tier 3 and golden items reward for winning the last campaign and being in the top 100 because I suddenly disappeared from the leaderboard some days close to the end.

I hope this gets fixed because all the effort to win a 30-day campaign and not receiving the rewards is a let down.

If they somehow lost the character and campaign information then I am thinking that the proper recompense is at least 50 Transmute Crystals per character on everyone's accounts.

I know they have a new update and tomes stuff to work on but this is just as important in my opinion, I get all my characters to tier 1 every month which takes time and nothing is more valuable than a persons' time. They could at least give an update and not sweep it under the rug.

When the campaign ended i still had end of campaign reward tier 1 on all my characters and had not received any rewards. Now all of them got their reward tier reset, showing zero (as it should be) but i still have not received reward mails from previous campaign. Hello? Any update on this @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?

As well as missing transmutes, are others also still not gaining any AP towards the leaderboard this campaign as well like me?

Don't wanna get a load of characters into cyro if the same thing is gonna happen.

This month, I have gotten Rabble Rouser, Shenanigator, Tilting at Windmills and G A T O R to tier 3 and it HAS showed that these characters have been recorded as tier 3. Tonight I played Standing in Stoopid for 4 hours, earned 212519 AP and she is showing ZERO for tier. No way to play that long and earn that much AP and not attain tier 3.

Just give everyone participated a max tier reward and call it a day. You must have some logs to see who played Cyro last campaign, just give a reward everyone. Say you are sorry, *** happens, more important tasks awaiting.

Owed rewards on 8 characters last campaign AND this campaign as well 😔.

Same thing happening on an alt account I have, but with less characters.

Hopefully there's a solution next week, but not auto give us loads of transmutes as I'm on 2950 something anyway, so a dump of transmutes I can't leave on characters would be a massive waste.

On Monday, April 20, we will run a grant to give replacement end-of-campaign rewards to anyone who earned at least 1 AP toward a Cyrodiil campaign during the month of March. Any character who qualifies will be on the list and get an in-game mail that includes the replacement rewards, which are:

19,500 gold
Purple-quality transmutation Geode
Champions Cache with 5 set pieces
20 Cyrodiil Repair Kits

Please be aware that regardless of your character's Alliance, the in-game mail subject line will say "For the Pact!" This is known and intended, as we are sending one mail to all qualifying characters for this grant.

Thanks for the update! But I have to say: You guys should've gone with something like "Cyrodiil Rewards" or something like that.

We all know you will just going to encourage people to think 'ZOS is favoring EP'.

Creating a new system mail (the internal term for what we're using), requires a new def and patch, which would have pushed this out to Update 50 in June. We didn't want everyone having to wait that long, just so we could get a more suitable in-game mail subject line.
