Quest Jester's Festival "A Noble Guest" only once? [Solved]

I completed the quest "A Noble Guest" from Jester King Jorunn on March 25, 2026. It is no longer available from Jester King Jorunn as of yesterday, the 26th, and today, March 27, 2026. Is it possible to complete the quest only once a year?

Okay, you must not accept the follow-up quest's "Royal Revelry" and "Springtime Flair" or you must cancel it so that Jorunn will offer his daily quest "A Noble Guest" again.

Or you must complete it, meaning go to Auridon, speak to Jester Queen Ayrenn, and complete her quest. As long as you have the "Springtime Flair" quest in your quest journal, the game will think you've just completed Jester King Jorunn's quest for the day, even if you actually completed it on a previous day, so you won't be able to accept his quest again.

I assume a similar situation will occur with Jester King Emeric or Jester Queen Ayrenn if you've still got their follow-up quest active from a previous day, but I haven't tested that scenario yet.

It doesn't think you've already completed it. It's just that these three main original Jester's quests are unable to be in journal at the same time together: Springtime Flair, Royal Revelry, and Noble Guest.

The same thing happens with other quests, like the board dailies in Cyrodiil. Have Kill 20 Players? You can't get Kill 20 [specific class] unless you either complete the 20 Players or drop it. The game doesn't think you've completed the others since you can still do all the Kill 20s in a day if you like. It just won't let you have multiple variants of this quest at the same time.

So complete or drop Springtime Flair or Royal Revelry if you'd rather do Noble Guest first. Or you can complete them if you prefer. Just get them out of your quest log so they don't block you from picking up Noble Guest. And if you really don't want to do Springtime Flair, don't accept it when you turn in Noble Guest. That happens if you blindly click through the dialogue to turn in Noble Guest.
