Can I disable the crafting sound effect messages?

I'm crafting and I'm seeing all these annoying comic book like messages popping up for crafting sound effects like "THUD" "CLINK" "BUBBLE" "SNIP". This seems like a weird thing to put in a fantasy game. Anyway to disable these? Really distracting and taking away from the immersion of the game.

    Thank you. I believe that's it. As soon as I posted the message I started wondering if an add-on was being obnoxious and I see the "Turn off April" setting.
