Crafting crates not showing up

Hi,
The daily crafting writ crates are not showing up once I hand them in.
I can see that they are dropping, however, when I go into my supplies they aren't there.
This has happened to me on 2 characters I just created in the last week. It does not happen to other characters I have leveled up.
Can you please investigate. Many thanks.

Aislinna✭✭✭✭✭Do you use the Lazy Writ Crafter addon? If so, check the settings under "Timesavers" > "Loot container when received".
