Hi Zos,

I think I got a social restriction applied to my account (presumably from mass-mailing lots of sorted master writs to my alt accounts) on Friday evening.

I raised a support ticket (260327-003480) via in game help under the category "I can't speak to NPC" etc. The ticket was generated with the title 'The Elder Scrolls Online - I am muted' but the autoresponse is as if I've raised a ticket for a lost item:

I replied to the autoupdate stating as such at 12:24 AM - 3/28/2026 but I've heard nothing since and the incident remains unassigned.

Any chance someone could have a look into this for me?

    Hi Zos,

    It's been nearly five days now that my account has been seemingly restricted without any warning, notification,confirmation of any action, nor acknlowedgment of receipt of my support ticket (Still on 'Waiting for Agent' after 96 hours) - I'm not sure at this point if this has been an automated action due to in-game behaviour to do with quantity of mails, or if this is some sort of actual issue with my account.

    Could I please have at least an acknowledgement that this is some of intended account action that I've triggered? I'm completely in the dark here.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
