Maybe you are referring to the "Ultimate is full" sound - I wondered for a bit about it too but as I understand it now, it is caused by your companion's ultimate being full when you arrive at a wayshrine: I noticed this while jumping capital to capital for trading purposes.
I don't think there's much you can do about it, just like if you have the Bear summoned it will always play its summoning animation sound at every travel that loads a zone.
