Cyrodiil -- end of campaign reward tier meter bugged?

my meter doesn't record any progress, set at 0, and i'm in my home campaign, and i've got keeps, resources etc. i'm trying to get the cyro coffer for transmute crystals. i've got 3 other characters' worth, but for the last 2 characters, their rewards meters don't budge. am i doing something wrong? i have set the campaign to home, so it should be working

I'm having the same issue. I know they were saying it would be repaired in the "next patch" (yesterday morning), and I just checked my characters. I usually play 9 characters to tier 3. I know I missed one character this campaign, so I should have 8 tiered to 3, but there are TWO showing at zero. I'm unhappy to have put in the work tiering that character and she will not earn her rewards this campaign. The fix was way too late for me to be able to do anything about it. =(

the patch fixed it for me. both characters at zero popped up to tier 1, and i've done a couple more since, and their meters are working. it's usually delayed several minutes. maybe yours will start moving before the flip
