Anybody else getting massive lag spikes tonight?

Is anybody else getting massive lag spikes tonight (March 30).
It started for me around 7:30 pm Central time.
Things were just fine for me, then switching characters, I was getting spikes to over 8 seconds, some would last for 30 seconds or so, then they'd go back down to 100ms.
I've done tests with my ISP, and it's not coming from them. When I ping the ESO servers, I get spikes from that IP address.

Displaced_Salad✭✭✭✭Oh yes. My ISP is fine. My connection is fine. ESO is NOT fine. It's nearly 1am Eastern and still high latency, massive lag, server drops. "Booted from server" errors after restarting client. So nice that extra time for maintenance put us right back in 2024.
