Arcanist Flail Skill Style BUG

So I bought the arcanist skill style for flail through the Gold Coast bazaar and nobody can see the alternate colour (blue) flail only me ? Is that intensional ? Because if it is I’ll never get a skill style again … what’s the point if nobody can see it?

✭✭✭✭✭If you're on PC, there's a Settings -> Video -> Show Additional Ally Effects that I believe affects visibility of custom skill styles.
On Consoles, that setting doesn't exist, and as a result some skill styles show while others don't.

My friend who is having the visual issue has that setting on. It's not related to that.0 -
