Least Tedious?
Quest 2 and 3 Have 2 parts to them
Quest 1 has only One thing to do - toss flowers on targets in 3 spots of the same zone and are near wayshrines.
That is the least tedious IMHO

Absolutely the least tedious.
The other 2 involve multiple loadscreens and not everyone has good enough equipment or Internet speed to make those trivial.
As a console player, the hours stuck in "unusually long" loadscreens in the past still makes me avoid them.
Even now when I have to log in with my PS4, even with really fast internet, loadscreens are horrendousPS4 EU2 -

✭✭✭✭✭You used to get an automatic bounty for the apples but not anymore.
I sometimes can ride back through the city without a guard seeing me and not getting a bounty, but I have gotten one a couple of times this year. Just keep mounted and sprinting and you shouldn’t get stopped. Wait at the wayshrine for it to time out before moving on.
