Mark Target now aggroes the target

NB's Mark Target morphs don't do any damage, and as such did not aggro the target before. With the latest patch, both morphs now do. Elemental Drain, another debuff that doesn't do damage, retained the previous behaviour of not aggroing the target. It thus seems like a bug for Mark Target, considering it got an unrelated mechanical change.

Very annoying change, indeed. I hope it's unintended and reverted back to not aggroing the target.

Hey all, we're looking into this and will follow up when we have an answer. In the meantime, could you tell us what platform you're on? Now that we release updates on all platforms at the same time, knowing your platform helps us cover all our bases.

We have confirmed that Mark Target and its morphs should not be generating aggro. We now have a bug in for this. Thank you all for raising it!

As NB Rotation:
Cloak Dark/Shadowy disguise
Mark Target while cloaked
(agros Target/Does not see character)
Target De-agros... but still marked
fire Snipe-misses w/no damage to target
