I'm going to have to admit to a really bad case of confused-itis regarding today's post on the Anniversary Celebration. If I am reading the post correctly, players are somehow supposed to collect 25 fragments of the Jubilee Steed mount with (1) one fragment dropping each day from the Glorious coffer, (2) the event running for 13 days (14 if they catch the window between server reset and the end of the event), (3) no chance of an additional fragment from regular boxes, and (4) neither the Impresario or the Assistant having those fragments for purchase.If memory serves from the 2024 Celebration (where the mount first appeared), the fragments were not tradable but additional fragments could be purchased for event tickets (also accompanied by much griping and grumbling, IIRC), but that event and 2025's ran for just shy of of 3 weeks (so ~60 obtainable tickets). "Bound" does not appear in the fragment description for this year, so would I be correct in assuming that the fragments are now tradable? Or is there a missing bit of information regarding the Impresario's stock during the event?

EDIT to add: I already have the mount, so this is not me grumbling about the fragments; it's just that the event post is not real clear on this point.
