Let me start by saying transmutes have benefitted greatly from the work they have gotten so far, and have come a long way since they were introduced. That said, as some rewards have gotten refreshed, others are now disproportionate to the amount of work they take and could use their own revisit for value to time spent.
The transmute reward for completing a vDLC HM pledge awards a geode worth 2-10 crystals. In my experience this is usually 2 or 3. The other undaunted vet Non-DLC pledges done on HM give you a geode worth 5. Which means it is possible to do a significantly harder dungeon and clear for half the transmutes. If the RNG is intended then please make vDLC HM pledges give a geode worth 5-10 crystals. Otherwise, 10 would really be more appropriate.
Random daily dungeons and random vet dungeons give the exact same rewards through group finder. Please consider awarding double transmutes or exp for doing a random vet. I lean toward transmutes because the crowd going for transmutes is more likely the crowd willing to queue for a random vet. This will also help those people trying to queue for a monster helmet team which can take a very very long time.
The Weekly Trial Leaderboard mail reward for 4-man arenas like DragonStar or BlackRose Prison only gives 10 transmutes instead of the 50 given when it is a trial. Please consider adjusting it to give 25 or even the full 50. They take just as long as a Trial Leaderboard run, often times longer due to dialog and wave times.
Every completion of vet maelstrom or vet vateshran awards 4 transmute crystals from the final chest, this is fully repeatable for each run. Completions of 4-man vet arenas give 5 transmutes from the chest. However, trials award 5 transmutes once per week per character since they come from the trial quest reward that can only be claimed once weekly per character. It would be lovely if those 5 transmutes could be claimed from every quest turn-in to bring them more in line with similar repeatable content.
