I am having no latency issues with anything else, streaming, running other games, etc., and was able to get on briefly earlier today, which lasted about until I needed to switch to bank alts to make some room for more crafting materials.
This doesn't seem to care which characters I attempt to log in on, all have the same error, and after getting kicked back to login, going in again defaults to the last character I played rather than the last I attempted to log in on. Checked and there are no reported outages with my internet provider (Time Warner), reset the modem, PC and such, with no difference. Any advice or suggestions on things I haven't tried that might resolve this? The Login Error Code sticky has nothing listed at all as a possible solution for this problem, and the support knowledge base is worthless with no posts regarding this specific error.

Not sure if it's all versions or just running an older non-updated version, but the second I disabled both I was able to get in with no problems. Very strange effect, especially considering I could log in with no trouble most of the day immediately after the last patch, and it was only the day after that the trouble started.

The ESO Head mods link to their site to pull the data down... Now, I'm guessing, but, I suspect that when those mods are loaded TESO thinks that connection is now required to launch, and chokes. Which, if true, is mental, because it would allow all kinds of creepy stuff to go on through the API.
