Question about unreleased necro skill style

Could you please clarify with dev team:
Is it true that earlier (may be on release of skill styles) there was a carmine red style for Necromancer's Blastbones in game files?
As I remember, there was an active option to select Blastbones skill style but later it was hidden.

Is it still planned to release or was rejected and cut from game files?

Considering we got the remaining blue DK styles with the DK rework, I would assume the remaining red necro styles would come with the necro rework.

Speaking of Necromancer Skill Styles, what would one have to do to get their hands on the concept art of an Undead Dragon breathing ice from above instead of the Colossus?

Or the Lich instead of a Goliath?

Skill styles are a thing now, I would love to get my hands on those.

I did not know before today how much I needed a dracolich summon.
