There's some nice items, especially if people haven't been able to get them in the past. But my overall impression is pretty underwhelming.
I expected more things to be available. Looking at this, the inventory just seems so light. There's years of crown crates, timed deals, and event rewards that could be in here.
Let's just take hairstyles. We only have two. Short Mussed Wave isn't one of them, which is quite surprising. Now, if I go to the crown store - there's more than a dozen. This is the issue. It feels like the lion's share of cosmetics and other attractive rewards are reserved for monetized avenues.
I understand it's day one, and more will be in stock when Season 1 0 launches. I would've liked this to have the same, or close to, amount of products that the crown store does. Same tab headers, same categories, albeit a different inventory.
I would have found it nicer if there had been a real market on the Gold Coast; a retailer sells e.g. pets, one mounts, another costumes, etc. So it looks like an ESO eBay.
ESO can certainly do better!
Edit: You don't even have to create something new, but simply add 3,4,5 merchants to the already existing Gold Coast merchant slot, whereby one of them, as already written above, sells pets, another costumes, the mounts can be purchased from the already existing horse dealer, etc. Then you can - if you want - make the whole thing even more beautiful by adding NPC jugglers, minstrels etc.... none of this is rocket science. So it actually looks like an ESO eBay as already written above...

“I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?" Death thought about it. "CATS", he said eventually. "CATS ARE NICE.” Terry Pratchett
