Blue Warfare CP tree inaccessible (PS)(workaround included)

Intermittently, the blue CP tree can't be selected on PS. I've heard three other people get it in the last week. One person just told me they've had this bug since U49. I've logged into multiple characters today, but only 1 is having the issue.
I think the CP are still applied, we just can't change them.
/reloadui does not restore them.
Logging out and logging back in does not restore them.
Closing the game does not restore them.
Restarting the PS5 does not restore them.
Powering down the PS5 does not restore them.
I'm not going to redo my cache and database today.
There is a workaround: Push the left thumbstick down instead of up. The scroll is weird and wonky, but it does work.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭✭Had the same thing happen on XBox on the weekend. It was decidedly weird. In that case it did get properly restored for the next session (full quit of game and full power down - don't know if XBox does things differently to PS5 but that usually resolves XBox cache issues).
ETA: I was also able to workaround the issue by selecting one of the other trees (red iirc) so that the UI zoomed in, then hitting the shoulder button to cycle to the blue tree.

birdmann1230✭✭✭I’ve had this issue also. You can get to it if you scroll your stick around the bottom not up around the top, or do as the previous poster mentioned.0
