End of campaign reward tier not progressing

I played this character this morning and earned some AP by capturing resources, outposts, made quests, etc and it didnt progress at all. Same with some other characters though i have earned some AP this campaign it still displays as zero AP earned.

Aye, same here, just noticed it. Played on several characters already but they didn´t progress at all.
