Keybind for First/Third Person keeps coming back after I unbind it

The keybind for First/Third Person keeps coming back after I unbind it. It is set to V and I unbind it but the next time I log on it's back. It is doing this to all of my characters. I use the Account Settings addon and can't find a problem with it.
