Ranked System Gains Vs Loss Is Very Broken

I was rank 70, around 800-900 score, after 5+ hours of grinding. So then I took a break, came back, played just a couple of games and lost about half of them, and when I checked my score, it had dropped all the way down to 461!
So then I started tracking how much the score changed per win or loss:

> Loss - 54

> Win +98

> Loss - 150 (are you serious ZOS?)

> Win +55 (WHY IS IT 1/3 THE AMOUNT LOST GAINED BACK, WHAT KIND OF RIGGED GARBAGE IS THIS?)

Needless to say, ranked is a waste of everyone's time and no one should play it. ZOS delete Tribute from the game, you're just making people mad. The score gains vs loss would be more balanced if you literally just did a 1:1 ratio for wins loss, instead of whatever rigged garbage this is.
I spent 5+ hours grinding my way up the ladder to the top 100, only for a few bad matches to basically reset my entire score, so yes IM ANGRY AND I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE

Sorry for getting so mad/ranting earlier. I think this experience can be very toxic, but if the devs could make score gains/losses more consistent/stable, or give us transparency/explain how the scores are calculated, it would make this experience a lot better/feel more fair.

I've played a player several times over the last few months and have never scored a single point against them (beat them every time)1
