Game Freezing for a few seconds after Update 49

I've had game freezes every now and then since Update 49.
I have uninstalled all addons, uninstalled/reinstalled the game. That does absolutely nothing.
I hear a bunch of others complaining about this issue as well.
Also having issues with picking locks now. My mouse feels "stuck" when trying to pick a lock. I can easily pick locks before this update, now I have an incredibly hard time trying to pick locks, even simple locks.
Seems like there's lots of performance bugs with this latest update.
It sucks to try to tank when your game freezes for a couple seconds.
This needs to be a priority fix.

AlistairRZ✭✭After u49, i had black screen for few seconds. Changed to Windowed(Fullscreen) from Fullscreen and now i have freezes for few seconds. Waiting fix.2 -
