Forum Cookie Pop-Up Window

It just started today, but every time I do ANYTHING in the forums (go to different topics, refresh the page, move to different forum sections) this giant pop up window talking about cookies appears. I can barely read what it is because it isn't fitting to the page properly. It is only with the ESO forums web pages that it appears. It also does not matter what button I click (Confirm my Choices and Allow All) it will appear again the moment I do something else in the forums. Anyone know how to get rid of it? I've tried everything I could on my end, including clearing cookies and caches from my web browser. Pic below on what I am constantly seeing now...

Not seen anything like that, but then I run a fairly well locked down browser as far as cookies and scripts are concerned.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Store & Account system maintenance? The "Cookie Policy" link at the bottom of the site is currently throwing up a "Service not available" page for me.

We haven't seen this issue pop up. However, we will escalate to our forum provider and see if they made any changes that is causing this to happen.
