[BUG] Damage Shields

Hiya.

So as in the title I believe there are a few bugs going on with the damage shields.

Firstly the 5 set of the Combat Physician gear states that "When you Crit heal you grant a damage shield to the target for 6 seconds" For me it says it should grant a damage shield of 4629 however in testing it multiple times it only provides me with a shield of 4574

Secondly there is a bug with the Arcanist passive Intricate Runeforms which states it "Increases the strength of your damage shields by 10%" However after using Chakram of Destiny on myself both with and without the passive it still only gives me a damage shield of 7893

If both the set and the passive was working properly I should be getting a damage shield of 5092 from the Combat Physician and 8682 from Chakram of Destiny (assuming only one cast)

I would say it's safe to assume that if Combat Physician's damage shields are bugged and the Intricate Runeforms passive is bugged most other damage shields might be bugged as well.

    Also just checked and it seems neither Spells nor Gear set damage shields are getting effected by the Bastion CP passive either which states "15% effectiveness" of damage shields.

    You're likely capping out on your damage shields.

    All damage shields in ESO have a cap related to your max HP. The reason your shield isn't getting any stronger is because the shield is already as strong as it can get. Try increasing your max HP a bit and retesting.

    The cap is 50%. So. Unless theor health is 10k I dont think this step is required.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have tested with increasing my max health but still can report getting damage shields lower than what they are stated to be / not getting effected by passives / CP passives.

    As Thumbless_Bot mentioned in his reply to you as well my normal health is just under 20k whereas with the food I used it went up to almost 25k but the shields stayed the same only seemingly getting effected by weapon / spell power. But still not hitting the numbers / increasing as they should from the above mentioned interactions.

    The cap varies from shield to shield. Some are much higher (Hardened Ward at 70% or so) and some are much lower (Contingency at 38% or so)
