From what has been said so far, the changes will affect Imperial City, Cyrodiil, and Battlegrounds. For Revenge, there will apparently be separate abilities that can only be used while Revenge is active.

Personally, I’m hoping the new system introduces a proper ranked mode for 4v4, with real MMR, ratings, and seasonal rewards.

For the 8v8 Battlegrounds, it would also be nice to have better incentives to grind them. For example, a currency for each win that you can use to buy items or cosmetics. Another option could be long-term objectives, like:
• Win 100 Battlegrounds
• Kill 150 players
• Complete certain Battleground milestones

For Cyrodiil, seasonal campaigns could also be really interesting. It would be great if players could earn unique seasonal rewards there as well.

Overall, a more structured reward and ranking system across PvP would make a big difference.
