Study in Discipline can't be completed

This is still bugged and if not finished it blocks future use of subclassing options. FIX IT.

Somewhere along the line this quest was fixed, but it's still kinda wonky. All of my characters that had this quest bugged were finally able to complete after trying with all 3 instances of the quest giver in The Rift, Bangkorai, and Reapers March. Even though they had all started the quest with the same giver, they completed them on different instances of the same quest giver. ie.. despite a character starting it in The Rift, I could only complete it in Reapers March. I don't recall whether the character's faction determined which version of the quest giver mattered or not (still sipping my morning coffee as I type this).

You have to select a subclassing line that has the twist icon on it in order for it to complete (not the regular plus icon). Not sure why it doesn't just check if it's a class that isn't your base, but dunno.

The second part is wonky and there isn't clear instructions on how to proceed. So the second time she tells you to get a skill (which im assuming is where you're stuck) you need to pick a skill from a class that you have never touched before. It has to have the knot looking symbol to the left, that when you hover over it says "Subclass". Then the quest should progress after you select it and exit.

Not sure if OP is on console, but I'm on Xbox and the UI is different (no ribbons). Quest is still borked for me after trying every possible solution I've found online.

On Console UI those icons aren't visible. And if it had to be a class you never touched before, then anybody who's already subclassed and leveled up every skill line couldn't complete the quest on new characters.

I meant not selected yet by that character, not your account. As in not your current base class skill lines (you already switched one out a base skill in the first part, so putting the base skill line back in wont complete it) and it cannot be another skill from the class you picked for the first part (so if you were a warden and picked something for sorcerer in the first part, you need to pick something from a class that isnt those two).

From my personnal experience, I advise all of you who are still having issues in completing the quest to submit a ticket to Support. I've done that and they provided me the solution to finish the quest.
