Game keeps making newly discovered music sound

On Xbox every time I talk to a guild store or come close to a wayshrine it makes the same sound when as you first discovered a new wayshrine or a new place. It getting extremely annoying. Also I've noticed it's Auto saving continuously about every 3 seconds
