From the patch notes:

Cyrodiil
Roads in Cyrodiil now offer a bonus to movement speed while out of combat on foot and mounted.
These speed bonuses apply to roads which you see on the Cyrodiil map, but can also extend to some “dirt roads.”
Alessia, Chalman, and Ash keeps now have a larger “courtyard” area within the main gate to prevent players from jumping up to the inner keep from the gatehouse using a physics exploit.
A small barricade has been added to stairs near Aleswell Farm to prevent players from jumping to the outcroppings of an upgraded Aleswell Keep wall corner.
There is no longer a limitation when queuing between similar types of campaigns, i.e. a Cyrodiil campaign can now be queued to from another Cyrodiil campaign and Imperial City campaigns can be queued to from another Imperial City campaign.
Leaderboards now go up to 500 entries and no longer have class assignments.
Vengeance Campaign Restoration staff ability Blessing of Protection has been updated to display proper tooltip information.
Fighters Guild Bounty Hunter quests have been updated to properly appear in the Vengeance Campaign.
The Aleswell Farm now has an updated barricade to block jumping into Aleswell Keep.
