Server issues PC/EU? Can't login

There seems to be a problem with the servers. My friends and I all can't login.

Apparently logging in without Steam works. Sadly, this never works for me.

Also happening on PCNA. My ZOS account is associated with Steam, so I can log in thru that by adding ESO64.exe to the non-steam games library and logging in with my username/password combo from ZOS, but Steam isn't natively allowing a login.

The problem is most likely in steam, I can't log in to ESO and Runescape.

Just logged in to NA server from Steam, seems to be OK at the moment.

Definitely looks like it is/was a Steam connection problem.
