[BUG] Sharps Favor Not Completing

I've for 4 of the 5 specific tasks done for this thanks in part to this hint about the Hist Tree being fairly specific.
However, the "Complete a Telvanni Peninsual WB Daily Quest" didn't unlock despite having Sharp with me all the way through.
Is this going to be one of those things where the task only registers if you gain rapport from completing the task? Because the only reason I can think of why it wouldn't work is that I'm already at maximum rapport, and I saw no "Gain Rapport" message either when killing the WB (in my case the Nix-Ox) or when turning the quest in.
Any ideas?

✭This might sound like a silly question, but are you sure you did a Telvanni Peninsula/Apocrypha world boss? The only Nix-Ox world boss I can recall is in Vvardenfell, and I don't think those count for Sharp's rapport or achievement.1 -
