Hi there,
One of the most difficult aspects about trying to get my friends to join ESO with me is the massive feeling of FOMO and the inability to ever catch up with all the content, not only from the crown store (which the bazaar does a good job of addressing), but also from in-game activities such as the daily quests.
There are so many daily quests to try and do that the prospect of trying to get through any significant portion of them can make the experience far more frustrating than rewarding especially if we factor in the realities of daily life and having less and less time to log on every day to do quests.
I think a lot of people can maybe only play over the weekends a lot of the time and so they miss out on the opportunity for daily quest rewards (eg. Infinite archive Tho’at daily which is account wide).
My idea is for daily quests to accumulate over the week to allow for 7 opportunities to complete the quest on days when you are actually able to play. If someone logs in every day and does their dailies, they only get one opportunity per day but if they can only play every other day then they have the chance by the end of the week to run their dailies up to a total of 7 times.
I feel like this would help to alleviate a lot of the frustrations some of my friends have expressed as it would show consideration and respect for the lives of players outside of ESO.
I know there are a lot of changes on the horizon for ESO already and as a longtime player I am really excited by the direction I see your team taking and appreciate the efforts that have already been made to address a lot of the player grievances.
Good luck with everything to follow in 2026 and thank you for considering my suggestion.
