U49 Windowed Fullscreen Issue

Since the last update I cannot run the game in anything but windowed mode. As soon as I change it to windowed fullscreen the game crashes. I have tried fixes online but still have not found anything that has worked.

I'm having a similar issue. My game refuses to run on my main monitor when in either fullscreen mode, it automatically kicks to my secondary monitor.

Do you have only one monitor?

Go to ESO-Settings -> Video. You can change from Monitor 2 to Monitor 1.
