End the ToT match when you know you won, and stop penalizing for conceding

Sometimes when I am playing a game and my opponent has over 40 prestige and there is no way I can tie or exceed that I will concede. The reason is that some players will spend over 5 minutes playing card after card when they know they have won the game. Why prolong it? They should end the game when they know they have won.

I also don't think conceding should have a penalty attached to it. All conceding does is show the opponent that we know they have won the match and concede the victory to them. Why punish the player for admitting to their loss?

Agree to conceding when you know you are beaten,
not when you think you can win.
Time penalty should only apply to players that decline a game.

There should be a surrender option maybe after so many turns or if your opponent is up x many points and you don't get penalized.

I don't mean the winning player should concede when they know they have won. I mean they should just end their turn instead of spending a lot of time playing card after card and buying cards they no longer need when their victory is obvious. Just end the turn and claim the victory.
