I was in blackreach on pcna and had just taken a farm. Went to kill some npcs to check a tooltip and I lost continuous after about 2 minutes.

I was able to recreate the issue
About the three minute mark you see continous drop after capturing the resource about 2 minutes beforehand.
You even see my weapon damage meter on the left drop at the same time.

✭I was able to do it again. I think it's specific to the area on the map i show in the first video above near the Lowland Folks. It happens when i get close to them. There might be other areas like this, idk.
In the video below I disabled all add ons and it happened again just before 3:30 in the video.
