Black Screen for two seconds after Update 49

In ESO randomly black screen showing up for two seconds. I repaired game, deleted shaders and settings file. Turned back Nvidia 591.86 driver with cleaned before DDU. Removed second screen still happening. Can you help me about this?

AlistairRZ✭✭Same effect happens when change some graphic setting in menu. Like Vsync or TAA. Probably problem is in game graphic settings.0
