I was playing a new toon and as soon as I got into a bg match my health went from 30k to 14k. Stam and Magicka too were also really nerfed. This is with food up too.

But I just tested myself and yeah level 29 with decent gear and glyphs I was barely pushing 20k health. Granted I had no points into health, but before this update it would not matter.
Sustain was always really bad for me too. I had to walk everywhere otherwise I would have zero stam by the time I found a fight.0 -

LittleLionLeone✭✭✭✭After more testing, recovery is just so bad. Some people are calling it a bug, but I think it was done on purpose.
I think it can be somewhat managed if you used recovery glyphs but idk didn't test that.0 -
