Why can’t I buy the blue fiery breath and blue whip from the stylemaster?

These are the two only skills that don’t have the blue style, is it a bug or you have to do anything extra to get them?

metheglyn✭✭✭✭✭I believe these were released in the big class style pack back when they first started the skill style system. I know that I already have those two in blue prior to the addition of the style master, and I think that's where they came from. Perhaps because they were already in the game they got overlooked when the style master npc was put in?2
