I wrote this ESO Update 49: What's Live Now vs Coming Later (Full timetable) article that I hope will help clear the confusion around what's included in tomorrows update!

The title says "now" since I wanted to release this news article a day early to give a heads up on what's actually in tomorrow's patch after the maintenance concludes. I am also making the assumption that a lot of people will log in tomorrow and ask where the heck is Tamriel Tomes, Night Market, Gold Coast Bazaar etc
