Torc of the Last Ayleid King Leads Bugged?

This might be worth looking into, as I hear from a lot of players they spend days or even weeks trying to get the leads for this Mythic.

Personally they seem to be dropping normally for me, but I've already collected the full Codex so perhaps the first leads have a lower drop chance than intended?

With a lot of new players trying out ESO and wanting to skip a lot of gear grind with this mythic, it could be nice if this can be addressed.

I've run a lot of Infinite Archive, on multiple different characters, ranging from farming the first 2 Arcs to trying to push as far as I can, and I've only ever seen a single lead drop for this mythic.

If there's nothing bugged with the mythic, then it needs to either drop at a higher rate or be sold at the IA merchant

It is definitely a per player bug. I think I have 4-5 entire torcs sitting somewhere taking up space, I've stopped digging up the leads. I get at least 1 per IA run if they're not all timing out in my journal.
It's infuriating, but further supports the idea that RNG is account-based somehow, and further supports how badly we need weighted RNG.

Farmed it in a first day, I just played IA a lot in a group that time. Then some friends tried to farm it and complained, but everyone received all leads eventually. I've also heard a suggestion that you need to dig all lead you have first, otherwise it prevents from dropping new, idk for sure if it is true, but can't hurt to try.

It's kinda funny because I've gotten every part of the Torc after being 3/3 and had them expire 2-3 times but I have had one lead from the Apocryphal Jewelry Crafting Station fail to drop for months. Leads just are miserably unreliable for drop rate and you just have to hope your rng is good sadly. I'm hoping we get more QOL overhauls for lead drops this year because it feels so bad to go for 100% lore complete.

The issue is the ridiculously oversaturated pool of leads that can drop in IA. There are just too many leads that drop there, and getting one you need can be a grind if the RNG gods aren't smiling upon you.

I run IA once a week to keep my supply fortunes stocked for the weekly vendor. I run across the Torc leads as regularly as any other. (which isn't saying much)
