I’ve tried to switch characters but it just doesn’t show up. Unless I’m missing something I don’t see the dirt mound.

Perhaps on your particular server. But for others it's bugged. You can see in my screenshot that the treasure map is in my inventory, but there's no mound to dig. Both screenshots are of the same location.

YORKSHIRE76✭✭✭Map just dropped for me and is bugged for me.
No dirt mound to be found.
The only thing I found is yet another bug for Eastern solstice (looking at you skyshards and main story quest)
Oh well, I hope I can play the 2025 content I paid for in 2026.. bug free?0 -
