Aren't we not supposed to post about stuff we think is an exploit? Also considering how long the mythic has been around, I'm gonna say probably not.

It's clearly a bug, taking advantage of it is exploiting a bug. But I don't really see why you would bother even taking advantage of it

I don't know if there's any specific rule against posting bugs that may be exploited per se. They do however tend to get a bit concerned when such posts demonstrate how to dupe items/currencies, sidesteps gated access to rewards, or grief other players.

In this particular example, it's a bug that can be abused, but the resulting effects aren't all that significant. It doesn't duplicate/generate items or currencies, and it's not something that could be used to grief other players.

This would make sense if it hadn't been up on YouTube for 2 months but I do understand, I will certainly not be upset if they delete it.

I mean, if a support is wearing cryptcanon you are missing a support ult, and since this would only work in a 4 man dungeon this seems like an incredibly niche "exploit"

It's fun to do, but its not like it blows other setups out of the water, its something you do when bored of allways running traditional setups and want to have some fun with ults. Its also only useful in a dedicated 4 man team that can communicate to cast ults at same time. But again, dps gets identical dps in other setups not using crypt.

Nerfing this would be like the nerf to meteor ult to not restore same amount of ult, they just ruin a very niche little fun way of playing differently.

As he says in video, its not really unfair as kill times on bosses can even be somewhat lower then when tank uses other ults. The bosses die in same time, just in another way. And when doing 1t 3dd runs, in many cases u would rather have a barrier or colossus or something

I like that this exists, its just fun to do.

It is really only useful at the start of the fight, dps open with languid, then crypt, then second languid, and after that point you sort of loose the opportunity to get another double languid window, usually u use crypt then just to let dd's have atleast 1 ult for next time a burn is possible or for a add phase or something. you will like never get to use a double languid once fight have allready started.

In mid fight, very rarely does tank have 500 ult again, and all 2/3 dd's have 168ult at same time. It happens, but u have to decide beforehand u save the ult for a exe burn or something, then u dont get to use ults on add phases or mid fight etc. So there is also a sacrifice to be made.
