Grammar Issue - Arcanist Passive “Harnessed Quintessence” Tooltip

Hi,
I’ve noticed what appears to be a grammatical issue in the Arcanist passive ability, Harnessed Quintessence
The tooltip currently reads:
“When you are restored Magicka or Stamina, increase your Weapon and Spell Damage…”
The phrasing “When you are restored Magicka or Stamina” seems grammatically incorrect, and should instead read, "When you restore Magicka or Stamina…”

The passive phrasing may be meant to be inclusive of situations when you get resources from external sources in addition to when you yourself generate the resources.
When someone wearing Symphony of Blades grants you Meridia’s Favor, for example, that resource restoration comes from them, so the phrasing “when you restore…” would exclude that.
Do external sources like Symphony proc this passive?4 -

I haven't tested it, but even if that was the case, I think the wording could be done better.

I haven't tested it, but even if that was the case, I think the wording could be done better.

Yeah, and the passive voice often sounds unusual in English in general — I’ve even known English teachers to tell their students never to use it. It does have a place, but the less we use it, the more unusual it sounds, which perpetuates that cycle.
I think “when you are restored” is probably by analogy with “when you are given”. But “restore” is the game term for getting or giving resources specifically, so that’s what the devs went with instead. I’d be curious to see what other examples there are of “being restored” something in English. Until then, I think I’ve become accustomed to reading it as game jargon laid over a more familiar phrase.1
