Did Rez Targeting recently get altered??

I am having a heck of a time targeting people for a quick rez all of a sudden. Did something change? or do I need to re fix something in my settings?

✭I have a hard time a lot with rezzes. Often times it'll open my menu or something or I can't target them at all. I got an addon that makes a skull or whatever above the dead people making it easier to see. That helped a bit for all the chaos that can be happening.
Or tell your raid team to stop dying and get good. That's what I did. (Kidding)2 -

guarstompemoji✭✭✭✭It's possible to look towards a corpse or pile of them, and simply spam the rez button. Even if it isn't visible, it can still trigger.0

✭✭✭✭✭It happens to me erratically. When it happens to me, it's usually character specific as I can switch characters and the problem is gone. And for some reason it will last an entire day on that character. I also find that when this happens to me, all the enemy hit-boxes seem to be smaller. Behaviorally anyway, can't say that that's actually what's going on.
I can't get a lock on any downed player for a rez without having to tackle it from various angles until I get a lock, and I have to be Johny Eagle-eye when it comes to targeting enemies. Log in next day, and poof, back to normal.
Drives me crazy. I once toyed with my camera zoom and field of view settings to see if perhaps that was it, but that didn't seem to help.

Camera
Field of View put at 99
Now it works perfect for me.
