PS5 Plus Getting Gold Road Collection

Is there any benefit to getting this collection (Gold Road Collection) if you already have all the Chapters? All I'm missing right now are a few dungeons and Markarth which I do not believe are included with the collection. Also, If I accept this on Playstation Plus I'm afraid it will mess up my already owned content and I don't think I could use this as a separate account so I could not create more toon...
