Question about Steam and 2025 Content Pass "DLC"

Hi all, in the recent summer sale on Steam, the 2025 Content Pass "DLC" was on sale. I noticed the premium edition says it gives you the 2025 content and all previous chapters. I have all the chapters up through High Isle, but don't have anything after that.
If I buy that premium edition, will it unlock those chapters I'm missing?
The reason I ask is because I saw someone state in the reviews that they didn't get the chapters when purchasing it. I just want to be 100% sure this would work for me before it goes on sale again. I'm assuming I can't refund that "DLC" on Steam given the nature of how it works, and I don't want to be out of $20 for something I can't really use, but $20 is otherwise more than reasonable for two chapters and the 2025 content pass.

✭✭✭✭✭yes the 2025 Premium Content Pass will give you all chapters and classes, even if you own some of them.
i bought the High isle Collection in 2022 and received any chapters i had not bought yet and the Necromancer class.miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).
